Processing in Aperture

I have been processing my pics in Aperture. (thanks dad!) And I have found that its really fun, and works really well for what I need! These pictures are from Tanners actual birthday, when we went to Chili's for Justin's wedding, we let him have cheesecake. 

I just "polished" them in aperture, playing with different ways of doing it. I love them! 

I use "presets" and then fiddle a bit more with them to get them how I like it.

Saw this online, a company called Big Kahuna out of Oahu sells them. The bottom of theirs is more or less like mine, but I think they used a rubber softer than anything I could find. The slider (/brake) was our idea, we're hoping to be able to lean into turns on the slider...We'll see how it holds up. It's still a work in progress. Ours is about 5'5, that seems really long at first, but once you get going it almost feels like a bit longer would be nicer. Anyhow, it's pretty fun and it's supposed to be a good work out (especially with another person usually sitting on the front.)
