Yep, photo shop. With a red subject on green background, it's really easy. All you do is remove the saturation of greens and yellows, you should be able to do that with several programs. With red berries in hands, you have to select only the berries (because skin has a lot of red) and then de-saturate everything else. Photo-shop has several options for selecting only a section of the pic (this is also what Mike used for the title photo), I am not sure how to select portions in other programs. that is in credible! did you do it on photo shop? I have heard it is also easy to do this with picassa.... haven't tried. Those are awesome pictures!
