The above image was created from the 6 below, each is shot at F8 and focused on a slightly different area then stacked in photoshop. this allows the final image to have full depth of field, even greater depth of field than shooting at F22.
I am not sure it works in elements, i did it in CS4 and it is a merge more similar to panorama stitching, then it auto masks each layer based on sharpness.
Intense! Did you use elements? Is it just a merge image function (like HDR) or is it more complex than that. I dig it
